At Maqe Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy before placing your order.

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy. You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Unboxing Video Required

Customers are required to record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel.

The video should clearly show the sealed parcel, shipping label/order details, and the complete unboxing process.

A valid unboxing video is mandatory for any return, replacement, exchange, or damaged-product claim.

 

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or swatched.

We also do not accept returns or exchanges for products damaged after delivery or due to customer misuse.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns approved by Maqe Beauty.

If a product is unavailable for replacement, we may offer a refund instead.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

If the return or replacement is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong or damaged product, Maqe Beauty will cover the applicable return/exchange shipping cost.

For other eligible returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
